Teach-A-Thon将商业专业人士联系起来, culinary professionals and community leaders (公立立博中文版我们的时事通讯冠军) to the education field by having them step into the shoes of current educators for at least one in-person or virtual lesson.

The Teach-A-Thon uses a walk-a-thon strategy with an innovative twist. Instead of walking, running, or climbing stairs, volunteers train for a "teaching day.“这是培训过程的一部分, participants learn about why students need more support in STEAM fields.

The campaign includes a two-month window during which 公立立博中文版我们的时事通讯冠军 spend one-to-two hours teaching in their assigned classroom. A victory party soon follows where our participants and their teacher partners celebrate and share stories of success about the experience.

  由立博中文版带头, the Teach-A-Thon program invites business and culinary professionals to bring their expertise into Miami-Dade County public school classrooms. Teach a 45-minute lesson to a class of your chosen subject and grade level (elementary, 中间, 或高中).

  Share your unique experience with your network, helping to create more awareness about the cause. Fundraise through a user-friendly online platform to support teacher grants and classroom funding to help students succeed!

  Easy-to-follow lesson plans and teacher support will ensure your teaching experience is as impactful and seamless as possible.

Past Teach-A-Thons raised more than $500,000 from the efforts of more than 2900名公立立博中文版我们的时事通讯冠军 以及他们的老师搭档 在迈阿密戴德的公立立博中文版我们的时事通讯教室里. 

公用事业公司的高管们教授科学课程, 银行家教工程学, and journalists challenged themselves by teaching financial literacy. Students from kindergarten through 12th grade learned from the entire community.
